1. Introduction

These Subscription Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") govern the use of the subscription services provided by LK Taylor and Associates, PC (hereinafter referred to as the "Firm"). By subscribing to our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

2. Subscription Tiers

The Firm offers multiple subscription tiers, each designed to cater to the specific needs of artists, producers, and entertainment businesses. Subscribers may choose from the following tiers:

Tier 1: Indie Artist Essentials

Tier 2: Indie Artist Plus

Tier 3: VIP Indie Partnership

Each tier offers a different level of legal support and services, as outlined in the respective subscription descriptions.

 

3. Eligibility

3.1. Subscribers must meet the following eligibility criteria to subscribe to any of the Firm's tiers:

Subscribers must be independent artists, producers, or small-scale entertainment businesses.

Subscribers must not be signed to any major or mid-level major record label or publishing deal during the subscription term.

3.2. A breach of the eligibility criteria constitutes a violation of these Terms, and the Firm reserves the right to terminate the subscription immediately without a refund.

 

4. Subscription Fee and Payment

4.1. The monthly or annual subscription fee for each tier is as follows:

Tier 1: $125 per month or $1,200 per year.

Tier 2: $250 per month or $2,400 per year.

Tier 3: $500 per month or $6,000 per year.

4.2. Subscribers may choose between monthly and annual payment plans for their convenience.

 

5. Termination of Subscription by Subscribers

5.1. Subscribers may terminate their subscription at any time by providing written notice to the Firm.

5.2. Annual Plan subscribers terminating their subscription before the annual commitment period concludes will not be eligible for a refund of prepaid fees for the remaining months of the subscription term.

 

6. Termination of Subscription by the Firm

6.1. The Firm reserves the right to terminate a subscription if:

a. The subscriber no longer meets the eligibility criteria, including being signed to a major or mid-level major deal.

b. The subscriber violates these Terms or any applicable laws.

6.2. In the event of termination by the Firm, prepaid fees for the remaining months of the subscription term will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.

 

7. Modification of Services

The Firm reserves the right to modify the services offered in each subscription tier, including the scope of legal services provided, without prior notice. Subscribers will be informed of any significant changes to their chosen tier's services.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

The Firm shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the subscription services, including any loss of data, revenue, or profits.

 

9. Regular Hourly Fee After Expiration of Usable Hours

9.1. After the expiration of the usable hours allocated in each subscription tier, the regular hourly fee for additional legal work shall be $250 per hour.

 

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Jurisdiction].
